It allows business users to monitor brand mentions and keywords on supported social platforms (including YouTube, X, and TikTok), and to configure assisted or automatic replies to mentions and inbound direct messages.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
The Service is intended for business use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information.
4. Third-Party Platform Integrations
The Service connects to third-party social platforms through their official APIs under your explicit authorization. Your use of those platforms through the Service remains subject to each platform's own terms and policies, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Developer Terms, the YouTube Terms of Service and API Services Terms, and the X Terms of Service and Developer Agreement. You are responsible for complying with those terms.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading content.
- Do not use the Service to monitor, harass, or target individuals unlawfully.
- Do not attempt to circumvent platform rate limits, access controls, or API restrictions.
- You are responsible for the content of replies and messages sent through configurations you create.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by the operator of Mofang Overseas and protected by applicable laws. You retain all rights to your own content and data.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the continued availability of any third-party platform API.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by a third-party platform or by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
